I've been studying and practicing Process Coaching for 10 + years and became certified as a Process Coach in 2012. This deep experiential modality is a synthesis of Psychic and Shamanic awareness tools, Somatic & grounding practices, (NLP) Neuro-linguistic programming as well as hypnotherapy regressions to childhood, past lives and to the Transpersonal realm.
I was drawn to Reiki initially as a client; this is a modality that utilizes the Universal life force energy that flows through everything. This gentle hands on and within the energy field promotes a sense of deep peace and relaxation. I have received attunments for levels
